Bill Diehl is the founder of Diehl Properties, a Charlotte based commercial real estate firm specializing in restaurant, retail, and mixed-use transactions across the Southeast.

With more than 25 years of experience, Bill Diehl has built a reputation for identifying high-performing locations and executing complex lease and investment transactions for top-tier operators and ownership groups.

His work spans some of the most recognized hospitality concepts in Charlotte and beyond, with a focus on aligning real estate strategy with long-term operational success.

Bill Diehl is a native Charlottean who lives in the Myers Park neighborhood with his wife, JoBrent Austin Diehl, CEO and founder of Infinity MedSpa and Wellness. He has two children: Laney Diehl, who is currently in Boston enrolled in a physician assistant (PA) program, and Kase Diehl, who lives in Savannah, Georgia. Both of his children graduated from University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!!!). Outside of work, he is a devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and closely follows their football program.
